Your first visit starts here. The evaluation gives Dr. Nixon the information needed to create a personalized therapy plan for your pet.

Three Easy Steps

Starting care is simple.

Every new patient begins with an evaluation. This process helps Dr. Nixon understand your pet’s needs and builds the right individualized therapy plan.

Submit the evaluation request form

Share your pet’s history, current concerns, comfort level, mobility challenges and goals.

Dr. Nixon evaluates your pet

The evaluation helps us assess movement, strength, comfort, function and the bigger picture of your pet’s condition.

A personalized therapy plan is created

Based on the evaluation findings, Dr. Nixon develops an individualized therapy plan tailored to your pet’s needs.

EVALUATION UPDATE

New Rehabilitation Evaluation Requests Temporarily Paused

Animal Therapy Center is temporarily pausing new rehabilitation evaluation requests while we recruit qualified therapy staff.

We want to ensure that every patient evaluated by Dr. Nixon has appropriate staff available to consistently carry out their recommended therapy plan. Until we can provide that continuity of care, we will not be accepting additional evaluation requests.

Current Fitness Club members may continue scheduling appointments as usual. Fitness Club services are not affected by this temporary pause.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we rebuild our therapy team.

By appointment only

Arriving on time helps protect your pet’s visit

ATC does not accept walk-ins. Early clients may need to wait until their scheduled time and late arrivals may have shortened time due to the appointment starting late.
